No health data on this website

This website has no medical forms. You will receive your medical questionnaire at the practice or through a service certified to host health data. Never send medical information by email.

Appointment booking

Appointments are made by telephone or online through Doctolib. Clicking a Doctolib link takes you away from this website. Any information entered there is processed by Doctolib SAS under its own privacy policy.

Patient area

The patient area runs entirely on your phone. The journey handed to you in the chair, by QR code or link, contains only the type of treatment, the date and your practitioner's name. This information sits after a hash sign in the address: it is never sent to our servers and stays in your browser's local storage, where you can erase it at any time with the link "This is not my journey".

The calendar file is created on your device, and the "Report a problem" link opens your own email app. For each type of journey, the practice only receives a number of journeys handed over and opened per week: no name, no treatment date, no IP address kept by the practice.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising tracker or third-party analytics service.

To find out which pages are useful to you, the site measures its own audience: page viewed, the site you came from, type of device and browser, approximate city, time spent, loading speed, and clicks to Doctolib, the phone number or directions. Your IP address is never stored: combined with your browser and a random key drawn each day and deleted the next, it is only used to count the same visitor once a day, with no way of recognising you from one day to the next.

These anonymous statistics are reserved for the practice team, hosted by Netlify and kept for 25 months at most. Since it is limited to audience measurement, this collection is exempt from consent under the CNIL's guidelines, so no banner is needed. You can still opt out for this browser:

Map, film and fonts

The access map is a static image hosted on the site, drawn from OpenStreetMap data; the directions buttons open Google Maps or Apple Maps only when you tap them. The practice film and the fonts are hosted on the site itself, with no call to an external service.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States) and delivered through its global network. Like any host, Netlify keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, browser) for a limited time, for the security and proper operation of the service. Data transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

The team's administration area

The practitioners and reception update the site from a restricted administration area. They sign in through the DecapBridge service, operated by Millisecond Studio, which keeps their email address to manage access; every published change is stored with its author's name at GitHub, Inc. (United States). This area contains no patient data.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights of access, correction, erasure and objection regarding your personal data. To exercise them, contact reception by telephone or in person. You may also contact the French data protection authority, CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Patient records

Your medical record is held at the practice in its practice management software and retained in accordance with healthcare professionals’ legal obligations. It is not hosted on this website.
